Q: I did not sign up for School Reach, why am I receiving telephone broadcast messages?
A: By default all telephone numbers from our Student Information System (JMC) are exported to the School Reach call database. School Reach will call all numbers in the Parent Information Section.
Q: How do I change which telephone numbers that will receive notifications?
A: Contact information can be updated by visiting the Parent Acces Portal at www.lqpv.org/JMC Choose the school your student is enrolled in and login and edit "Phone" fields on the"Parent Information" page.

Q: How do I prevent a number from being called by School Reach?
A: Place the phone number that should not be called in the description field, and leave phone blank or type a description in the phone field.
Q: I've updated my contact information online using the JMC Parent Access Portal, however my changes are not reflected on the website.
A: Changes submitted online will not refresh until the School Office accepts the request.
